Hyperion Projects is selected as the BIM consultant for this project on the proposed construction of University Technology Petronas Student Accommodation and Student Centre in Seri Iskandar of Perak, which comprises 2 student accommodation, Block 3 and Block 4 respectively and a Student Centre to accommodate learning centre, cafeteria, futsal arena, meeting rooms, Offices and activity rooms.

As BIM is mandatary for Petronas projects, our role is to coordinate the construction drawings on all disciplines, Architectural, Civil and Structure, Mechanical and Electrical, Landscape Signages and Interior Design. This coordination is essential prior to construction stage to ensure that the design is constructable virtually in BIM. Should any issue arise during this LOD 300 stage, it is still possible to perform design optimisation as the construction has not started.
